At the heart of the Titan system is a hierarchical storage and retrieval archive that allows image data to exist in a unique state on various storage media simultaneously.

Virtual Sorter
Titan Virtual Sorter automatically routes individual objects or data sets into separate archive locations, document types or databases. Virtual Storage enables multiple location storage – seamlessly preparing your organization for disaster recovery.
Image Statements
Titan Image Statements provides your customers with the fastest, easiest and most convenient way to manage their account information. This robust application provides several options for the inclusion of IRD images in your monthly customer statements. Also, Titan Image Statements reduces the costs associated with monthly statement processing and mailing.
BatchQuery
Titan BatchQuery lets you to determine the schedule to process retrieval requests. Requests can be sorted by individual media types, so that all images residing on a particular volume are pulled at the same time. This method of retrieval increases throughput while minimizing wear to tapes, tape drives, optical platters and drives.
CDQuery
This self-executing, offline viewer delivers pre-loaded image data and check images to your corporate customers on an easy-to-use, self-running CD-ROM. Images are easily retrieved using standard query selection criteria for viewing, faxing, printing or storing for later use.
QueryLite
This browser-based online viewer allows your research and custoer service staff security-protected access to your archive data via the Internet.
Image Export
This high-volume, application enables the scheduling and secure delivery of check images or Image Replacement Documents (IRDs), along with associated transaction data, in nearly any format – CD-ROM, DVD and over the web.
