Application Enabler
This Nautilus module provides seamless integration between your core business applications and the Nautilus system - all without programming.  Retrieve supporting documents, including images, application files, and text reports by simply clicking on a specified field within any Windows®-based application.

Check Image Import and Statements
This electronic check storage, management and statement rendering system allows for faster, more efficient and accurate work speeds than with traditional check processing.

Client
This powerful client/server application offers fast, user-friendly and consistent access to a wide rage of information by combining COLD, Document Imaging, Check Imaging, Workflow Management and Internet access into one integrated system.

COLD
The ideal solution for managing the storage of reports, statements and invoices – virtually any document that originates as host-generated data – allowing for nearly instantaneous access to all of your critical documents.

Disconnected Scanning
This module is a full-featured standalone scanning application that allows users to scan documents without being connected to a Nautilus Client or Nautilus Web Server. Paper documents may be scanned and converted to digital images on the scanning workstation using a Kofax®-, ISIS®-, or TWAIN®- compatible scanner.

Document Designer
Portray the distinctive image your organization desires with customized document design. Document Designer is fully integrated with other Nautilus applications.

Document Knowledge Transfer
Easily monitor whether critical materials are read and acknowledged, providing a basis to ensure compliance.  Now you can be sure that everyone on your distribution list has received, read and acknowledged critical documents.

Document Imaging
By converting paper documents into electronic images, Nautilus Document Imaging eliminates the costs associated with unnecessary file cabinets and on-site storage space.

Document Processing System (DPS)
Enables all on-us and transit items to be efficiently processed and managed from the point of capture through statement generation and ongoing research.

Document Retention
Documents are created and utilized for different purposes. The Nautilus Document Retention module enables organizations to define criteria by which Nautilus will either maintain or destroy a document. These criteria may be as simple as specifying a period of time to retain a document or may require a more-defined user intervention and approval before a document becomes eligible for destruction.

easyIMAGE and Nautilus Integration
Managing your mortgage, consumer, commercial, and equity loan files can be easier and more convenient than ever with easyIMAGE – the seamless integration between the Nautilus Enterprise Content Management system and the Fiserv easyLENDER loan origination software suite.

eDocument Distribution
With Nautilus eDocument Distribution, your institution can rapidly, automatically and intelligently deliver high volumes of electronic transaction documents to your customers via the web, e-mail, fax or CD-ROM.

Electronic Forms
Nautilus Electronic Forms (E-Forms) adds significant functionality and time savings to everyday work. Forms that were previously completed on paper and scanned into the Nautilus system can now be created directly within the system. Paper is eliminated, consistency is improved and the result is a more streamlined process.

Electronic Data Management (EDM) Services
This core module of Nautilus enables flexible and secure management of internally generated documents by simultaneously enhancing document access and control.

E-mail Archive
Create real-time records of e-mails and attachments transmitted in your Microsoft® Exchange environment.

E-mail Integration

Upload e-mails and attachments to Nautilus directly from your e-mail application.

Exception Reports
This module allows users to create reports based on a keyword relationship between document types. The reporting capability queries the Nautilus database for indices found on one document type to validate the presence of complementary document types with the same indexing information.

Full-Text Indexing with Verity®
When integrated with Nautilus, the Verity Full-Text Indexing module allows users to perform several types of searches, including fuzzy, inflectional, thesaurus, proximity, wildcard, and SOUNDEX searches on documents that have been full-text indexed. This powerful search tool is integrated with the Nautilus security model, only enabling access to full-text collections to those users with sufficient privileges.

Front Office Scanning
Nautilus Front Office Scanning provides an easy way for multiple workstations to perform data entry. Indexing information can be entered at multiple data entry stations and then sent to a dedicated scanning workstation, which scans documents and indexes images using the data entered at the data entry workstation.

Physical Records Management
Nautilus Physical Records Management is an electronic card catalog for your library of records.  It integrates the management of physical records with electronic documents and content, providing a single, centralized point of access.

Productivity Suite for Nautilus
The Productivity Suite provides automation of capture processes, indexing and archiving and streamlines administration and reporting functions – providing your organization the tools to stay competitive.

Records Management
The entire life cycle of the employee record can be automated according to legal guidelines. Unlike with paper records, Records Management makes it possible to validate to auditors that records access was properly controlled.


Report Services
Nautilus Report Services provides real-time statistical information about your business processes - enabling a 360-degree view of how information is entering and transitioning through Nautilus.

Subscription Server
Nautilus Subscription Server automatically captures, indexes and stores emails and attachments as documents in the Nautilus system, allowing for effective management of incoming email.

Web Server
Using Nautilus’ Web Server, your customer, suppliers and off-site associates can retrieve pertinent information online through their Web browser – enhancing your customer service offerings.

WebView
The WebView Image Access module is an off-the-shelf interface that links your Internet banking system with the check and statement images stored in Nautilus.

Workflow
This electronic document routing system streamlines collaboration and accelerates the completion of critical business tasks by allowing for faster, more accurate and more efficient workflow.

WorkView
Easily monitor and record all internal and external events surrounding a project or process.  With Nautilus WorkView, users throughout your organization will have immediate access to relevant information regarding a process or project, including all outstanding issues, approvals, statuses, discussions and communications.
