Getting documents into the Nautilus archive can easily be accomplished using production or desktop scanners, all-in-one devices, networked copiers and faxes, 3rd party application batch files, API interfaces, virtual print drivers or by a simple drag-and-drop from the desktop.
Once in Nautilus, the integrity and security of those documents is protected and verifiable. When working with documents, users decide how to display the search results list and what descriptive information is provided. Once a document has been retrieved and opened, Nautilus provides an array of options for viewing, annotating, revising and distributing the document according to users defined rights.
