DocFusion’s browser-based environment allows for simultaneous collaboration on common content making business communications quicker and easier than ever before – all within a secure version controlled structure. Although all users may have access to the same document, the system uses business rules to restrict the modification of essential components. Throughout the design process, graphic guidelines are enforced to prevent any changes that would compromise a document’s appearance.
And, all files (documents and elements) are version controlled. So if a change is made to something, the system automatically saves a new version of the document or element – no chance that anyone can overwrite important, established layouts or content.
