Self-executing, offline viewer
Titan CDQuery delivers pre-loaded PDF statement and check images to your corporate customers on an easy-to-use, self-running CD-ROM. Images are easily retrieved using standard query selection criteria for viewing, faxing, printing or storing for later use. The PDF statements contain hyperlinks to individual check images.
Catalog of Historical CD-ROMs
High-volume check issuers that need accumulative indexes for research can use our Titan Image Library solution. Image Library has sophisticated search capabilities across date boundaries and also provides the ability to manage the receipt and cataloging of multiple CDs.
Security-protected Intranet viewer
Titan NetQuery is a browser-based online viewer interfaced to your company’s intranet. This security protected solution provides customer service staff easy access to the archive for performing research.
Security-protected Internet viewer
Titan QueryLite is a browser-based online viewer that allows your research and customer service staff security-protected access to your archive data via the Internet. All data fields and character strings are available for search.
Connection to 3rd Party applications
The Titan archive can easily be accessed by 3rd party viewers using our JaQI Application Programming Interface (API). This will allow an easy integration of image access from Titan into an internet banking application or a back-office exceptions solution.
